A major refurbishment over 5 vacant floors including main reception area completed to the highest specification within a fully functioning 9 storey city centre building.
Works included a full strip out and overhaul to main reception area and to form a high specification break out area at basement level with several bespoke design features.
In addition, work included full refurbishment and decoration of office floors integrating individual meeting and break out areas.
To alter the existing paint workshop/ parts store and installation of 6 No. new spraybooths for an auto repair workshop, one of the biggest in Europe.
Works were phased to allow the paint workshop to remain operational.
Project included the following;
- Installation of new temporary parts store within the north east carpark
- Demolition of the existing parts office.
- Alterations to the existing and installation of new M&E services, lighting and containment.
- Phased installation and commissioning of 6 No. new Spraybooths and associated works.
- Excavation of pits, installation of new plant decks, installation of new services (gas, electric) and plant, installation of new flues, etc.
- Forming of new roof penetrations and installation of anchor points and external restraints for the new flues.
- Relocation of existing DB Boards and services.
- Demolition of the existing jumbo stud separating wall between the Parts Store and Paint Workshop.
- Phased decommissioning and removal of the existing Spraybooths and associated services, plant and plant deck.
Restoration and refurbishment of former Clydesdale Bank building to form new offices for new occupier.
Restoration of internal original features with custom ran mouldings to sash windows and decorative window shutters with bespoke cornicing to match in with existing.
Internal strip out required of previous tenant including non load bearing partitions, floor coverings and redecoration throughout. Former ATM and bank vaults removed and infilled with local salvaged stone.
External works included cleaning and repointed stonework with regraded stones.
Internal fit out works included full re wire of electrical/data cabling with upgraded LED lighting, full refurb of washrooms and kitchen, fire and intruder alarms, complete GHC system, carpets and LVT flooring throughout.
Strip out and refurbishment of all five floors and common areas to this Georgian townhouse in the busy town centre of Edinburgh.
External works included external paintwork and decorative paving.
Internal works included tiling, kitchen installation, decoration throughout including carpeting, rewiring throughout, bespoke lighting, new sanitary wear including IPS system.

Complete refit to Interior reception area including bespoke tiling, glass balustrade, custom built feature walling, bespoke reception desk, lobby furniture and entrance canopy together with specialist signage and lighting installation.
This project consisted of alterations to existing entrance lobby of Glasgow Kelvin College campus. Works included removal of existing external semi-circular wind lobby replacing with a larger aluminium framed glass construction and new flat roof including associated downtakings and steel works. Additional works included preparation and installation of a new concrete slab within newly extended lobby including recessed entrance mat.
Works undertaken included renovation to precast concrete panel system suffering extensive corrosion to the reinforced steel contained within.
Installation of full cathodic protections system on all elevations and spray applied new concrete elevational system.
Other works included window replacement, removal of the existing canopy and replacement soffit, roof works replacing the built-up roofing membrane external lighting plus the enhancement and refurbishment of the lower elevations.
External refurbishment and internal fit out of HSS Hire Station.
Works included the demolition and disposal of defective concrete to an area in excess of 5000m2.
Other works included drainage, asbestos removal, mechanical preparation of floor slab and specialist epoxy paint coatings.
Roof Works involved stripping defective lead skews/gutters and replacing with new more functional ones in code 7 lead. The new lead skews were required to be slated in using Aberfoyle grey traditional Scots slate to make good and weather tight the new details together with a complete overhaul of existing slating.
A full internal and external refurbishment of the former Police Station originally dating from 1905 and remaining vacant since 1990.
The refurbishment of the two storey red sandstone building has returned this well-known building back to its former glory.
Formerly a station waiting area, this spectacular room has been renovated to the highest of standards using skilled craftmanship including bespoke display cabinet and stained glass/leadworks.
Works consisted of full internal strip out works, new plumbing, new electrical installation, restoration of leaded stained glass and frames including the particularly impressive Centre Dome.
