The property is situated in a busy area of Stirling town centre. The properties are 4-storey Georgian built and currently consist of retail premises at ground floor level, with the remaining floors being residential flats.
 
Works were to the external fabric of the building consisting of roof and façade works including necessary rot remediation to the existing roof timbers.

Roof Works involved stripping defective lead skews/gutters and replacing with new more functional ones in code 7 lead. The new lead skews were required to be slated in using Aberfoyle grey traditional Scots slate to make good and weather tight the new details together with a complete overhaul of existing slating.
